McCreery Homes, Inc. is a locally owned and operated company that specializes in custom deck building.  Owner Steve McCreery moved to Colorado in 1991 after graduating from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies. 

Early in his career Steve was a Residential General contractor and has built over 20 custom and speculative homes, as well as numerous remodel and ‘fix and flip’ projects.  Steve is a very ‘hands-on’ owner, is highly involved in each project, and thoroughly enjoys deck building with his sons. Steve has been married to Anne McCreery for 29 years and they have 6 children: 5 sons, one daughter and one daughter-in-law! Currently McCreery Homes, Inc. is focused on new deck construction and deck replacement in the Arvada area.  

Current contractor’s licenses held:  City of Arvada, City of Golden, Unincorporated Jefferson county, City and County of Denver.  Corporation in “Good Standing” with the Secretary of the State of Colorado. McCreery Homes has been in business since 1996.

McCreery Homes, Inc. carries a one million dollar liability insurance policy and has many local references.  Both available upon request.
